One wedding we had no doubt that would arrive and that we will take part in, is the wedding of Ran and Ilana. Our connection began two years earlier when Ran’s sister, hila was looking for a wedding photographer. And the day came for Ran and Ilana to become a bride and groom and for us to be their wedding photographers.
We met Ilana for the preparations at the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv, from the moment we stepped into the little hotel room, the atmosphere was excellent. Great connection between the us to the family and close friends, Sushi, strawberries and sparkling cold Cava – what could go wrong?
Israel wedding Photography in the spring is one of our favorite things, we caught a gorgeous, sunny day – a single one from a few weeks of rain, so we had no choice but ti take that as advantage and photograph the couple in the pool of the hotel. Sun, sea view and excellent style of the couple led to a great bride and groom portraits – full of joy. We continued shooting not far away in front of the house of a street artist: Rami Meiri – a lot of great colors as contrast to the black and white bride and groom. From there we walked to the nearby “Carmel” market. The connection of this special day and the daily atmosphere of the hustling market created opportunities for photography, and added a lot of interest and color to the couple shots.
we continued to the venue – “Hahuza” in Modiein, but not before the couple recalled that the veil has been forgotten in the hotel room – and a friend had to drive all the way back to Tel Aviv to bring it (he made it to the last minute).
One thing we can say for sure is that the wedding guests know how to celebrate. The party was just crazy with energy, dancing continued non-stop, people was thrown to the air (including one of the waiters) and lots of joy.
There is no doubt that we will remember this couple and this wedding photography for long time.
